All online bookings are paid in advance by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) on our secure website.
You just need to print off the confirmation email and give it to your driver when you arrive in Paris.

We recommend you book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that we have enough time to process your request.
However, we will do our best to accommodate any last minute requests.
For any cancellation made by the client, the following cancellation fees will apply :
– more than 2 days before the transfer, 5% of the overall price
– the day before transfer, 50% of the overall price
– the day of transfer : no refund.
On arrival, after collecting your bags, please call us either from your own cell / mobile phone at + 33 1 85 08 06 03 or from a payphone at the airport at 01 85 08 06 03. A Parishuttle agent will give you the meeting point with your driver.
It is important that you call us so we know you have arrived. It is also useful in case you get delayed at customs or at baggage claim, so we can make sure the driver doesn’t leave without you. Remember to call after collecting your luggage; the driver will then make his way to meet you
Our telephone reservation service is open every day of the year, Monday-Friday : Open 24 hours ; Saturday – Sunday : 6am – midnight. The arrivals & departure pick up service is available 24 hour a day, on a year round basis.
If the office is closed when you call, please follow the instructions in the recorded message or on your voucher to find your driver. Your driver will be waiting for you at the meeting point.
We will wait up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time of your flight. After this time we will try our best to provide your transfer but cannot guarantee this will be possible.
Our vehicles are dark grey, 8-seater mini-vans with the Parishuttle logo displayed discreetly on the sides or black, 4-seat cars with the logo www.parisgreencar.com.
All our vehicles are air-conditioned and non-smoking.
Your pick-up time will be indicated in your confirmation. We normally pick passengers up 4 hours before the scheduled flight time. However, it is important that you call us before your departure to confirm that there has been no change in your pick-up address or flight time.
We operate a door-to-door service.
We will pick you up from the terminal you land in and take you to the door of your address in Paris.
On departure we will pick you up from your address and drop you off at the terminal your flight leaves from.
We serve Charles de Gaulle, Orly airports.
Yes, we can take you wherever you need to go! Please contact us for a quote if your destination has a zip code that doesn’t start with 75.
The journey time depends on the traffic and your address in Paris. The standard journey time is approximately one hour but may well vary.
You may take one regular-sized suitcase and one item of hand luggage free of charge.
For any extra or unusual luggage, we may ask you to pay a supplement. Please contact us for any further information.
Don’t worry! All our drivers and agents speak both French and English. Our agents also speak German, Spanish and Italian.
It is entirely at your discretion whether you wish to tip the driver.
